Whether you need a different size or a different style, our streamlined process makes returning your sports equipment simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original Karhu shoe box or apparel packaging and securely seal them inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
